  • Close your eyes with your palm.
  • See through the darkness, relax and enjoy the mood.
  • do this for five to ten minutes.

9.Up and Down

  • Move only your eyes and focus upside on what you see there, then downwards.

  • Sit in a chair straightly, dont move your head.
  • Move your eyes and focus on what you see at the right side, do the same on left side.
  • repeat focusing right and left side for five times, do the procedure cycle for three times.

7.Diagonal movement

  • Move your eyes focusing on down to the right, then diagonaly move your eyes and focus on up to the left.
  • Repeat focusing diagonaly for five times.
  • Then do the same procedure on other direction, down to left and diagonalt up to right.
  • Do the entire procedure cycle for three times.

  • Sit in a chair straightly and close your eyes.
  • Squeeze and shut your eyes tightly for three to five seconds.
  • Relax for a little time and again squeeze, repeat the procedure cycle for ten to twelve times.

  • Sit in a chair straightly and close your eyes.
  • Massage your eyelids with fingers gently.
  • Do it in clockwise and then anticlockwise, and dont press hardly.

  • Sit in a chair straightly and close your eyes.
  • Focus to see the point between your eyebrows.
  • Then relax for sometimes.
  • Again repeat the procedure cycle for three to five times

  • Focus to see the tip of your Nose.
  • Then relax for sometimes.
  • Again repeat the procedure cycle for three to five times.

  • Roll your eyes in clockwise direction for three times, and then in anticlockwise for three times.
  • Repeat the entire procedure for five times.

1.Focus the near and far

  • Keep a pencil or pen near to your eyes which should be around 25 to 30cm away from eyes.
  • Focus on the pencil or pen for sometimes and the then focus on some distant things in detailed view.
  • And then focus on the pencil or pen.
  • Do repeat te procedure for five times.
